Dr Ben Noble is the Lecturer in Russian Politics at University College London in the School of Slavonic and East European Studies. He is also a Senior Research Fellow at the National Research University – Higher School of Economics, Moscow. Before joining UCL, Ben was the Herbert Nicholas Junior Research Fellow in New College, University of Oxford, from where he was awarded his doctorate in 2016 for a dissertation analysing lawmaking processes and intra-executive relations in contemporary Russia. For this research, Ben was awarded the Sir Walter Bagehot Prize by the Political Studies Association in 2017.
