Karinna Moskalenko is a founder of the Center for Assistance to International Protection, lawyer of the Moscow City Bar Association, member of the Moscow Helsinki Group and Russian Lawyers Committee for Human Rights, member of the Expert Council under the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation. Honorary Doctor of Law. Commissioner of the International Commission of Jurists since 2003 and member of its executive committee since 2009.
